I Was Forced Onto the Operating Table by the Family I Trusted to Take My Kidney for Their Real Daughter

The woman lying on the table—the one about to be cut open—was his younger sister. Isabella Valderama. The sister who had been kidnapped fifteen years ago and never found.

“STOP THE SURGERY!” he roared.

The entire operating room froze.

“D-Doctor! But the patient in the other room—Beatrice Imperial—is waiting for the kidney!”

“I DON’T CARE ABOUT THAT BEATRICE!” he shouted furiously. “No one touches this woman! If anyone cuts her, I’ll kill you!”

The Explosion Outside the OR

Dr. Gabriel ripped off his gown and stormed out like a raging lion.

In the waiting area, Doña Carmen and Don Arturo were happily sipping coffee.

“Oh, Dr. Valderama! Why are you out? Is the surgery done? Will Beatrice get the kidney now?” Doña Carmen asked with a smile.

SMACK!

Dr. Gabriel slapped her so hard she fell to the floor, shattering her cup.

“You animal!” he roared.

“What are you doing?! I’ll sue you!” Don Arturo shouted, trying to attack him—but Gabriel punched him in the stomach, dropping him to his knees.

“SECURITY! LOCK DOWN THE ENTIRE HOSPITAL!” Gabriel ordered.

Within seconds, armed bodyguards flooded the area, surrounding the Imperial couple.

The Billionaire’s Justice

“D-Doctor! What does this mean?! We’re paying you!” Doña Carmen cried.

“The woman you ordered to be stripped of her kidney is my only sister—Isabella Valderama!” Gabriel declared, shaking with rage. “We’ve been searching for her for fifteen years! And you bought her from kidnappers just to turn her into a slave—and a spare organ for your demon daughter?!”

The couple turned pale as death.

“G-Gabriel… please! We didn’t know! My daughter will die without that kidney!” Doña Carmen begged, grabbing his shoe.

Gabriel kicked her hand away.

“Then let her die.”

He turned to his head of security.

“Call the authorities. Arrest them for kidnapping, human trafficking, and attempted organ harvesting! As for their daughter—throw her out of my hospital. No doctor here will treat her!”

“NO! My daughter!” Doña Carmen screamed as she was dragged away in handcuffs.

Beatrice, left untreated, was thrown out of the hospital with no mercy.

The Reunion

When I woke up, I was no longer in the operating room. I was in a luxurious VIP Presidential Suite.

Dr. Gabriel sat beside me, holding my hand tightly, tears in his eyes.

“W-What happened…? Is my kidney… gone?” I asked weakly.

He shook his head, crying, and kissed my forehead.

“You’re whole, Isabella. You’re safe now. Your big brother is here.”

When he explained everything and showed me our old photos, I broke down in tears.

The family I had longed for… had finally found me.

Later, Doña Carmen and Don Arturo were sentenced to life imprisonment. Beatrice died after no hospital agreed to treat her due to Gabriel’s influence.

As for me, I was brought back to my true home.

I was no longer a slave. No longer a spare kidney.

I am Isabella Valderama—the queen of our empire, protected by a brother willing to burn the world just to keep me safe.
