We often think that painful or swollen feet are simply the result of a busy day or ill-fitting shoes. But did you know they can also reflect a deeper imbalance? The liver, that discreet but vital organ, sometimes sends signals we ignore. And these clues… often come through our feet. Surprising? Read on; this might enlighten you.

f your ankles or feet remain swollen  without injury or prolonged standing , it may signal  liver dysfunction . When the liver slows down, it can disrupt the distribution of fluids in the body,  causing fluid retention in the extremities . This is a symptom that should not be ignored.
